Where is my order?
Most cities receive their parcel in 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. You get a tracking number as soon as it is booked with the courier. Send us your order number and we will chase it for you.
Can I exchange something?
Sealed, unopened products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics and supplements cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, nationwide. We call or message to confirm every order before it is dispatched, so please keep the number you enter at checkout reachable.
