About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on https://edglow.pk. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different between screens, and packaging is occasionally updated by the manufacturer. Product images are for illustration.

Health and suitability

Our supplements and cosmetics are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition, speak to a qualified doctor before starting any supplement. Discontinue use and seek advice if you have a reaction. Always read the label and follow the stated serving.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is out of stock or a price has been listed in error — in that case you are refunded in full.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa, and card payments. Orders paid by transfer are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Delivery terms are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns are covered by our Returns & Exchange Policy. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to it.
