Where we deliver

We deliver to every city in Pakistan. Our store and pickup point is currently in Islamabad only — we will announce new cities here as we open them.

Delivery charges

  • Free delivery on all orders over ₨ 2,000
  • ₨ 200 flat on orders below ₨ 2,000

The charge is calculated automatically at checkout, and the cart tells you how much more you need for free delivery.

How long it takes

Orders placed before cut-off on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Most cities receive their parcel in 2 to 4 working days. Remote areas can take a little longer. You will receive a tracking number when your parcel is booked with the courier.

Order confirmation

We call or message every customer to confirm the order before dispatch. Please make sure the phone number you enter at checkout is reachable — unconfirmed orders are held, not shipped.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. Repeatedly refused COD parcels may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.

If your parcel is late

Courier delays happen, particularly around public holidays. If your tracking has not moved for more than two working days, contact us with your order number and we will chase it for you.
